2. Residual value
What Honda Financial Services predicts the CR-V will be worth at lease end. A higher residual means a lower payment, because you're only financing the depreciation, not the full price.
3. Money factor
The lease equivalent of an interest rate, shown as a small decimal on the contract. Ask Henry to convert it to a percentage so you can compare it to a finance rate.
4. Kilometre allowance
Honda Canada offers allowances from 12,000 km/year up to 40,000 km/year (24,000 km is standard). A lower allowance lowers the payment but raises your risk of an overage charge at lease end.
