How fast does Henry confirm test drive bookings?
Within an hour during business hours (Mon–Sat 9am–7pm, Sun 11am–5pm). If you book outside those hours, Henry confirms first thing the next morning.
Can I test drive more than one model?
Yes — book back-to-back slots or mention it in the notes. Henry blocks extra time for multi-model comparison drives (most common: CR-V vs Pilot, Civic vs Civic Hybrid).
Do I need a specific time, or is a day enough?
Pick a day and a 90-minute window. Henry confirms a specific slot within the window based on his schedule and the lot. If you need an exact time, mention it in the notes.
What should I bring to the test drive?
Your driver's licence, a trade-in key if you have one, and any specific questions (mileage, family fit, kid seats, garage space). Henry will have the model fuelled and ready.
