1. Trim price
Where the deal starts. The 2026 Accord lineup in Canada is short — three trims — so this decision is quicker than it is on a CR-V or Pilot. See the table below.
Every Accord lease ad you'll see is one number attached to one specific deal, one specific term and one specific kilometre allowance. This page is the opposite — the five variables that build any Accord payment, the real 2026 Canadian trim pricing, and what to ask for before you sign. No invented monthly number, because the real one moves with Honda Canada's program every month.

Two people can lease the same Accord trim in the same month and get different monthly payments. Here's why, in the order the numbers actually matter.

What Honda Financial Services predicts the Accord will be worth at lease end. A higher residual means a lower payment, because a lease only finances the depreciation, not the whole car.
The lease equivalent of an interest rate, printed on the contract as a small decimal. Ask Henry to convert it to a percentage so you can compare it honestly against a finance rate.
Typically 16,000 / 20,000 / 24,000 km per year. A lower allowance drops the payment but raises your risk of an overage bill at lease end — and the Accord is a car people drive.
A fifth factor, Ontario HST, applies to every payment on top of the base lease calculation. For the full mechanics — including converting a money factor into an interest rate you can actually compare — see Leasing a Honda in Ontario: What You Actually Sign For and Henry's lease vs. finance walk-through.
These are honda.ca Selling Price figures for Ontario — the all-in number that already includes freight, PDI, levies and dealer fees, before taxes. It is not MSRP, and it is not a lease payment. Captured from honda.ca's Ontario pricing.
| Trim | Powertrain | Drivetrain | Combined fuel | Selling price (CAD, Ontario, all-in) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SE | 1.5L turbo, 192 hp / 192 lb-ft, CVT | FWD | 7.3 L/100 km | $41,576 |
| Sport-L Hybrid | 2.0L two-motor hybrid, 204 hp / 247 lb-ft, e-CVT | FWD | 5.3 L/100 km | $46,771 |
| Touring Hybrid | 2.0L two-motor hybrid, 204 hp / 247 lb-ft, e-CVT | FWD | 5.3 L/100 km | $49,271 |
All-in selling price includes freight, PDI, levies and fees and excludes HST — do not add a separate freight/PDI line to these, it would double-count. Canada gets three Accord trims for 2026; the wider US trim ladder is not sold here. See the full Accord feature sheet by trim for exactly what each price level includes.
The hybrid starts higher. Whether it costs more per month depends on the residual and the money factor, not the sticker alone.
SE ($41,576) to Sport-L Hybrid ($46,771) is a $5,195 all-in difference, for +12 hp, +55 lb-ft, a 12.3-inch touchscreen instead of a 9-inch, and leather-trimmed seating instead of fabric.
5.3 L/100 km combined for the hybrid against 7.3 for the gas SE — a 2.0 L/100 km gap that lands in your pocket every week, on top of the lease payment.
Hybrid trims generally hold their value well over a lease term. Because a lease finances depreciation, a stronger residual is the lever that can quietly close some of that $5,195 gap.

The Accord is bought by commuters and highway drivers. That makes the kilometre choice the single most expensive mistake on an Accord lease contract.
Lowest payment. Fits a short in-town commute or a second car in the driveway. Risky if you drive Highway 400 or the 407 every weekday.
The common choice for a GTA commuter. A Vaughan or Markham to downtown Toronto run alone can consume 15,000–20,000 km a year before weekends and road trips.
Higher payment, right answer if you commute long, travel for work, or genuinely don't know. Overage rates on a Honda lease are typically $0.10–$0.20/km — going 10,000 km over can cost $1,000–$2,000 at lease end.
Not sure what you actually drive? Check the odometer against the in-service date on your current car and divide. If you're within 2,000 km a year of a tier, buy the higher tier — it is cheaper upfront than it is at the end.
The same new-vehicle coverage as a purchased one: 3 years / 60,000 km comprehensive and 5 years / 100,000 km powertrain. Accord Hybrid trims add 8 years / 160,000 km on the hybrid components. A 36- or 48-month lease sits largely inside that coverage — one of the quieter arguments for leasing rather than buying an older car.
The Accord is imported. It is not built at Honda of Canada Manufacturing in Alliston, Ontario — Alliston builds the Civic Sedan and the CR-V. For the Canadian market the Accord has historically been sourced from Honda of America Manufacturing in Marysville, Ohio. If Canadian-built matters to you, the Civic and CR-V are the two to look at.

Five things: the trim's price, the residual value Honda Financial Services sets for that term, the money factor, your annual kilometre allowance, and Ontario HST applied to each payment.
Three: the SE (gas), the Sport-L Hybrid, and the Touring Hybrid. Canada does not get the wider US trim ladder, so the Accord decision here is really gas versus hybrid, then how much equipment you want on the hybrid.
The Sport-L Hybrid starts about $5,195 above the SE on honda.ca's all-in Ontario selling price ($46,771 vs. $41,576). Against that: 5.3 L/100 km combined vs. 7.3, more power (204 combined hp vs. 192), and hybrids generally hold residual value well, which lowers the depreciation a lease has to finance. Text Henry your annual kilometres and he'll run both.
Typically 16,000, 20,000, or 24,000 km/year. The Accord is a highway car and gets driven like one — a Vaughan or Markham to downtown Toronto commute alone can run 15,000–20,000 km/year before weekends. Buying kilometres upfront is almost always cheaper than the overage rate at lease end.

The same as a purchased one: 3 yr / 60,000 km comprehensive, 5 yr / 100,000 km powertrain, plus 8 yr / 160,000 km on hybrid components for the Hybrid trims. A typical 36- or 48-month lease sits largely inside that coverage.
Yes — rates and residuals move monthly, so this page doesn't publish a number that could be stale by the time you read it. Text your trim, term, and annual kilometres to (647) 523-6878.
Tell Henry the trim, term, and annual kilometres you have in mind — and what you're driving now, if there's a trade. He'll reply with this month's actual payment, not a guess.
