TL;DR
- Honda Canada's September national program, posted on honda.ca: 2026 Accord Sedan SE gets a $2,000 lease bonus at 60 months / 3.99%.
- Civic Sedan and Civic Hatchback each carry a $500 lease bonus; Ridgeline carries $1,000; Prologue EV carries $12,000 in customer incentive dollars.
- The freshly launched 2027 CR-V, HR-V, Passport, Pilot and Odyssey carry no lease-bonus dollars this month — CR-V LX 2WD prices at 60 months / 6.99% with nothing added.

I pulled Honda Canada's September national offers model by model rather than reading a press summary, because the summaries usually only mention whichever model is being pushed hardest that month. The actual spread across the lineup tells a more useful story than any single headline number.

Why Accord and not CR-V
The models carrying bonus money this month — Accord, Civic, Ridgeline, Prologue — are all continuing on their current model year. The models carrying nothing — CR-V, HR-V, Odyssey — are the ones that just rolled into a new model year (2027). That split isn't a coincidence I'm reading into the data; it's the standard pattern in how manufacturers stage incentives. A freshly launched model year doesn't need help moving off the lot yet. The bonus dollars show up later, once the outgoing-year units need to clear or the new year's take-rate is behind plan.
Accord's $2,000 is the largest bonus anywhere in the lineup right now, on a sedan that's competing directly against Camry and K5 for buyers who cross-shop on rate. Civic's $500 is smaller but has been showing up consistently through the fall selling season. Ridgeline at $1,000 reflects a segment (mid-size pickup) where Honda has less pricing power against the Detroit Three and Toyota, so it leans on incentive dollars more than volume alone would suggest.
My prediction: Honda Canada will add a lease bonus to the 2027 CR-V program by December 2026, because CR-V is the volume leader in the lineup and outgoing 2026-build inventory will need to clear before year-end the same way Accord and Ridgeline are being incentivized right now. I'll be wrong if CR-V is still bonus-free at the end of Q4.
The one wrinkle: CR-V just absorbed a $40,728 base LX 2WD selling price this cycle, which is a meaningful step up from the outgoing generation. A rate-only offer at 6.99% with no bonus, on a higher sticker, is a noticeably worse deal on paper than what Accord buyers get this month at a similar price point. If you're cross-shopping the two body styles purely on financing terms, Accord currently wins that comparison outright.
Quick answers
Does the 2027 Honda CR-V have a lease bonus in September 2026?
No. As posted on honda.ca, the September 2026 national program shows the 2027 CR-V LX 2WD at 60 months / 6.99% with no lease-bonus dollars attached, while several other models in the lineup carry $500 to $2,000 bonuses this month.
Which Honda models have a lease bonus in September 2026?
Per honda.ca's national offers page: Civic Sedan and Civic Hatchback each show a $500 lease bonus, Ridgeline shows $1,000, Accord Sedan shows $2,000, and Prologue shows $12,000 in customer incentive dollars. CR-V, HR-V, Passport, Pilot, Odyssey, Civic Si and Prelude show none.
Why doesn't the new CR-V have an incentive yet?
Honda Canada hasn't stated a reason. The pattern across this site's coverage is that freshly launched model years (2027 CR-V, HR-V, Odyssey) typically start a sales cycle without lease bonuses, with incentives added later once outgoing inventory needs to move or a take-rate target is behind.
