Which 2027 Honda Passport trim should I buy in Vaughan?

All four 2027 trims share the same V6, the same i-VTM4 AWD and the same 245 mm of ground clearance, so this is a comfort decision, not a capability one. TrailSport at $61,893 is the one I put most GTA buyers in: TrailWatch, heated steering wheel and all-terrain tires are now standard. Step up to TrailSport Touring at $65,443 if you want ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, leather, the 12-speaker BOSE and the hands-free tailgate. Blackout is $1,500 on either one and changes nothing mechanical.

What is new on the 2027 Honda Passport?

The suspension was re-engineered, not just lifted. Ground clearance goes to 245 mm (9.6 in), up 35 mm on the 2026 TrailSport, and approach and departure angles are now 25 degrees each. The TrailWatch camera system and the heated steering wheel become standard on every trim instead of Touring only. Outside you get larger fender flares, a darker lower front fascia and amber LED hood scoop lights. Smoke Blue Pearl is the new colour.

Is the 2027 Passport good for Canadian winters?

Yes. Every 2027 Passport is i-VTM4 AWD with Hill Descent Control, a heated steering wheel, heated front seats, a heated windshield and a front wiper de-icer. The all-terrain P275/60 R18 tires handle an unplowed Vaughan side street well. If you run Highway 400 north in February, still buy a dedicated winter set. All-terrain rubber is not winter rubber.

Does the 2027 Honda Passport come as a hybrid?

No. Every 2027 Passport uses the 3.5L V6 with the 10-speed automatic, 280 hp and 258 lb-ft, rated 11.7 L/100 km combined. Honda Canada has not announced a hybrid Passport. If you want a hybrid Honda SUV today the answer is the CR-V Hybrid: far better fuel economy, less ground clearance, less towing.
