The Through-Line

Toyota is forcing the segment toward a hybrid-first conversation. Honda still has a useful split: gas CR-V protects entry price and CR-V Hybrid carries the stronger electrified story. The danger isn't that CR-V suddenly became weak. The danger is letting shoppers compare a hybrid-only RAV4 against a mixed CR-V lineup without first narrowing the conversation to the right trims.
