2026 Honda Accessories Price List (Canada) — Every Model, What Each One Actually Does

How to read this list

• All prices are in Canadian dollars and include installation by Honda-certified technicians at the dealership.
• Prices do not include applicable taxes.
• Most accessories can be rolled into your finance or lease payment when bundled at delivery — which is usually cheaper than adding them later. (Not sure which way to go? See Lease vs. Finance.)
• The "Why bother" notes are based on what GTA drivers actually need — winters, road salt, wheel theft, highway commuting, family stuff.

The accessories almost every GTA Honda owner should consider

Before you scroll down to your specific model, these are the ones I bring up with nearly every customer — because the GTA has the same problems regardless of what you drive: cold winters, road salt, gravel highways, and wheels that disappear overnight.

1. Block heater — usually around $440–$628

If your car sleeps outside, this is the single best accessory you can buy. Cold starts are the hardest moments of an engine's life, and a block heater warms the coolant before you turn the key. Plug it in for 2–3 hours before a cold morning. Engines last longer. Cabin heats up faster.

2. Wheel locks — $105 to $189

Wheel and tire theft is a real, ongoing problem in the GTA. For under $200 you remove yourself from the easy-target pool. Honda's locks are keyed to your specific vehicle, and the keys live in the glovebox or with your jack kit. This is the lowest-cost, highest-peace-of-mind accessory on the list.

3. All-season floor mats — $264 to $384

Stock carpet mats are fine for July. They aren't fine for January slush, March salt, and dog paws. The Honda all-weather mats are deep-walled rubber that contain everything and rinse out with a hose. They also protect the resale value of your interior — a beat-up carpet is the first thing an appraiser deducts for.

4. Rear splash guards / mud flaps — $123 to $275

Highway driving in the GTA throws stones, salt, and tar at your rear quarter panels constantly. Splash guards prevent the stone chips behind your rear wheels that you'll see on almost every 3-year-old car around here. Cheap insurance.

5. Door visors (rain guards) — $393 to $538

Crack your windows in the rain without water coming in. Also reduces cabin heat buildup in summer parking lots, and reduces wind noise at highway speeds. People either love them or don't notice them — try sitting in a car that has them before deciding.

6. Protection Package — $436 to $1,235

Bundle that usually includes door edge guards, body side moulding, splash guards, and trunk/cargo protection. The Honda Protection Package (and the "Advance" version) is almost always cheaper than buying the items separately, and it covers all the spots that get damaged in normal life — the spots an appraiser deducts for at trade-in time.

Common questions I get about accessories

"Why is it cheaper to bundle accessories with my new vehicle purchase?"

Two reasons. First, the installation is already happening before delivery, so there's no separate labour booking fee. Second, if you finance or lease the vehicle, the accessory cost gets rolled into a low monthly payment over the term — instead of you writing a big cheque later.

"Should I just buy aftermarket online?"

For something like a phone mount or cargo net, sure. For anything bolted to the car, wired into the harness, or that touches paint — go genuine. Aftermarket roof racks have caused water leaks I've personally seen. Aftermarket block heaters get refused by dealer service for warranty work. Genuine Honda parts come with Honda's accessory warranty and installation is covered.

"What's HPD?"

HPD stands for Honda Performance Development — Honda's North American racing arm. The HPD accessories (spoilers, underbody kits, badges, the aero packages on Civic and Accord) are designed and tested by the same team that builds Honda's IndyCar and IMSA race engines. They aren't just stickers.

"What's the difference between Protection Package and Protection Package Advance?"

The standard Protection Package usually covers door edge guards, splash guards, and basic body protection. "Advance" adds more film coverage — door handle film, rear bumper film, door sill film — for cars that get a lot of family/kid use or higher-mileage driving. On a $40K+ vehicle, the Advance pays for itself in resale value preservation — which matters even more if you're weighing new vs. used on your next Honda, because the buyer who eventually picks up your trade-in is looking at exactly these wear points.

"Do I really need a block heater in the GTA? It's not that cold."

Cold for engines isn't the same as cold for humans. -10°C is rough on oil viscosity, batteries, and your starter motor. We get 20-30 days a year of -10°C or colder in the GTA. A block heater extends engine life, reduces wear at the moment of start-up, and makes your morning warmup time about half what it would be without one. For $440-$556 it's the best longevity investment on this list.

"Is there a warranty on accessories?"

Yes. Honda accessories installed by the dealer at the time of new-vehicle delivery share the new-vehicle warranty timeframe (3 years/60,000 km whichever comes first), with some items having longer specific coverage. Installed later? You get the standard 12-month parts & labour Honda accessory warranty.

How to actually order any of this

Three options, in order of how I'd usually recommend them:

1. Bundle at delivery — easiest. Tell me which accessories you want, and we add them to your deal before you drive away. Best price, best timing, financed at your low car-loan rate.
2. Add right after delivery — book a service appointment. Same parts, same installer, just a separate transaction. Still cheaper than aftermarket once you factor in labour.
3. Add years later — totally doable. Just call the parts desk or text me. We can quote anything on this list, plus arrange installation. Most accessories can be added at any point in the vehicle's life.
