Factory Build & VIN Issuance

Canadian-built Civic and CR-V models originate right here in Simcoe County at Honda of Canada Manufacturing in Alliston (HCM Plant 1 & Plant 2). Once built, a formal VIN is assigned to Maple Honda's monthly dealer allocation.

Carrier Truck Transit (Hwy 400)

Vehicles are loaded onto enclosed or multi-car carriers heading south on Highway 400 to our dealership at 89 Auto Vaughan Dr in Maple. During transit, vehicles are marked 'In Transit' in the dealer DMS.

PDI Inspection & Delivery Day

Upon carrier arrival, our Honda-certified technicians complete the mandatory Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), software calibration, and detail cleaning before you drive home.
